Missouri students punished after starting petition to bring back slavery sue district

The lawsuit claims school officials violated the students' First Amendment, due process and equal protection rights.

OK, it sounds like a stupid teenage prank, but the school has the right to discipline this nonsense. And the students are suing and asking for damages.
