it is a grift for Trump and will cost taxpayers god knows how much to make it into Air Force One.

Boeing won't do it, so it is the proverbial white elephant gift. If Spankee wants to use it, he has to SIGN FOR IT, acknowledging it is NOT SUITABLE for any attempts to install the necessary modifications. He uses it at HIS OWN RISK. Then the plane is immediately REMOVED from the AF1 pool and given to the Spankee teenage children library. Problem solved--and cost to govt eliminated.
