Time to buy OXY now considering Buffett keep buying at higher price?


Sounds good to me. Shares are trading at 10x trailing earnings, which were made at oil prices about $10 higher than today’s $73. This investment should do fine if oil prices hold up about where they are, and of course not so well if the price keeps dropping. And if prices rise substantially as Hollub suspects, we’ll make out like bandits.

Small bet on the latter…
