This story first broke in The Record. Below is a link. For some reason it won’t let me copy and paste.

If you read the first few paragraphs, it’s kind of a mixed bag. They report that Hesgeth ordered U.S Cyber Command to stand down from all planning against Russia. They also stated that the order did not apply to the National Security Agency.

It's not a mixed bag. It's fake news, and the left fell for it.

The Pentagon on Tuesday denied reports that Pete Hegseth has ordered US Cyber Command to cease its cyberoffensive against Russia, the Hill reports. "TO BE CLEAR: @SecDef has neither canceled nor delayed any cyber operations directed against malicious Russian targets and there has been no stand-down order whatsoever from that priority," reads a statement posted to X. A Pentagon official had previously declined to comment on the reports other than to say, "There is no greater priority to Secretary Hegseth than the safety of the Warfighter in all operations to include the cyber domain."

No one is 'pausing' cyber activities with respect to the Russians. They're the #2 bad actor on the planet.
