Perhaps, but in the knick of time, Trump now has his Reichstag fire.

It was only a possible outcome in the hour or two after Kirk’s assassination, but now seems to be the chosen path.

Expect some sort of emergency declaration and/or invocation of Insurrection Act in the next 48 hours.

First on the target list- trans community.

Reichstag Fire and Horst Wessel martyrdom- all wrapped up in one.
