Not really. I don't know how he ended up at whatever party that was, but he didn't speak to Joe. And he -in his testimony- said that the times he did speak to Joe it was "nothing important". It appears similar to me saying "hi" to one of 1poorkid's coworkers. Doesn't mean I'm doing any business, or even know them at all.
