Some state officials will be eager to put Trump on the ballot. Others will put him on the ballot, to avoid expected retribution. Others will submit to threats. I doubt he would need to actually have US Marshals arrest any state Secretary of State. If need be, he can have the votes in blue areas investigated, like Fulton County, GA and Wayne County, MI, are being investigated now, and refuse to allow the votes to be counted, until the "investigation" is complete. Of course, the "investigation" would never be completed.
