We have watched some of this recently. Basically, a guy with an eidetic memory never went to law school, but read all the books, and can pass the bar (and apparently did so for others?). I'm thinking, if he took the bar then there wouldn't be any story. You don't HAVE to go to law school. You just have to pass the bar (which he could). So, take the bar, and all the "fraud" threats hanging over him like the Sword of Damacles goes away.

Correct?

The show seems to have other legal problems. Even before I watched Legal Eagle "react" to the show, I could see that a lot of the actual lawyers would likely get disbarred (multiple times!) in almost every episode.
