Dear Consultant,

If you're going to facilitate the conversation on business requirements for software that doesn't yet exist, and you're building it for a specific client, it's probably a good idea to understand their business processes. Especially if you have limited experience in their area of the industry, and the experience you do have is for far far smaller customers.

I'm sorry we almost made you cry.
