Actually I believe the saying is "pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered."

On the BRK YTD stock gains. I think they are specific to the recent pricing strength in insurance.

FWIW. I live in southern California and I have a wife and 19 year old daughter.

My 2023 Auto insurance was $4.7 K.
My 2024 was $5.8 K.
My 2025 quotes is $7.4 K.

All this from Safeco.

Got a competitive quote from Geico this morning. $10.5K.

Insurance stock pricing power continues to be solid.
