How has he earned respect by representing the presidency with dignity? - CO

Closed the Border.

"But the way he is doing it is mean, so no dignity." the libs will say.

With dignity (whatever that means) is preferred but not necessary as far as earning respect goes.

Border Security must be achieved so he does it without dignity. Trump dropped thousands of border crossings per day to zero in six months. That is worthy of some respect.

This is just one example of a respect-worthy accomplishment, here are a few others off the top of my head: taking out Iran's nuclear program; getting all of NATO except Spain to commit 5% of GDP to defense; Stock market at all time high (I think Dow or S&P are terrible metrics for rating presidents but others seems to like it); embracing parental rights and school choice; Re-asserting control over the Panama canal.
