The libs are hoping they can scream and yell and declare a less than two month old Presidency a failure. The problem is...they don't control the popular perception anymore.

During Obama they could claim that the economy was SuperAwesome and that he was The Lightbringer abroad. In reality, it took 8 years for unemployment to go get back to where it was before his Presidency (and a lot of that was due to people just leaving the workforce) and GDP didn't do much (average growth of about 1.7%/year). Abroad he oversaw the rise of a terrorist army (ISIS) in the wake of his Iraq pullout, the creation of a terror/slave state in Libya, and basically had everyone else walk all over him.

The voters will judge for themselves on whether or not their lives are any better in 2026 and again in 2028.

Oh, by the way - Jeanne Shaheen isn't running for re-election of her Senate seat in New Hampshire. If Sununu runs, that seat is ours. The little d's also have to replace Gary Peters in MI and Tina Smith in MN...that's *3* open seats they have to pour money into in a year that should be favorable to them.

And they're going to have to do it without USAID giving their NGO's free money (Stacey Abrams was buying votes in Georgia with her green fridge scam) and without ACT BLUE stealing identities from nursing home residents.
