How do you know they're not discussing incentives and disincentives for the Russians to go the bargaining table with Zelensky?
That is one of the more stupid things I've read recently, and also a non-sequitur.
First, how do you know they are discussing those things?
And, second, even if they were, it is irrelevant if Ukraine isn't there.
As an analogy, your neighbor builds a fence 2 meters over your property line. Would you accept it if me, and albaby, and bhm had meetings with your neighbor to discuss the issue, and you weren't invited? I think not. You'd -rightly- reject anything coming out of that meeting, except maybe the moving of the fence back to the actual property line (which the neighbor has already said he won't do).
