Yeah, he obviously didn't read it. Though it wasn't clear to me who proposed this deal to begin with (maybe I didn't read it closely enough??). I said above that I wasn't aware of a conservative proposal for immigration reform (there have been proposals to build a wall, etc...that's not reform). If a conservative proposed this, and got the players in a room talking, then I'll have to admit I was wrong. Which, unlike some, I am OK with. I can't be right all the time, and I'm not too proud to admit it.
