The attempt.

The success in the attempt thwarted only by inches.

It was most likely gross incompetence which is typical.

Tiiiiiiiny part that someone in the Establishment was risking making a martyr out of him. But you people are so incompetent at so many things, I still think that's what it was this time. No conspiracy, just failure and stupidity - as American as salsa and as British as Chicken Curry and as French as Halal meat.
