But they haven't done that in the past Dope. They've said if he did the crime, prosecute him.

I'm not Dope (you replied to me), but we have a recent counterexample: Menendez.

Nobody is rallying behind him, or saying it's a bogus prosecution for bogus crimes. Unlike Reps and the Felon, the Dems are saying "go away, scum". (metaphorically)
