I would advise people not to put too much emphasis on analysts' price targets. It's just a guess, and getting to that price is NOT going to be a straight line going up.

For me, the main takeaways from these analyst reports are

1) consistency - multiple analysts, including MacQuarie, Piper Sandler and Wedbush, are all forecasting $10B or more of incremental revenue within 2 years from CoPilot and

2) the forecast was made by doing channel checks - actually interviewing business people who make decisions about purchasing the software.

BTW, Dan Ives of Wedbush has a 82% success rate on his Buy ratings for MSFT - tipranks.com - Daniel ives
