Today's WSJ:

"On Thursday, Humana forecast adjusted earnings per share of about $16 for 2024, much lower than analysts’ expectations of $29.10 per share...Humana said it believes the elevated Medicare Advantage costs “are an industry dynamic, not specific to Humana, and that they may persist for an extended period or, in some cases, permanently reset the baseline.”"

Heh heh

Maybe the big hospital chains will be the next up against the wall. We can hope.
