Which should be disqualifying for him to speak at a government function. Separation of church and state. By allowing a xian reverend to deliver a keynote speech at an inauguration, we are tacitly supporting the establishment of religion. Verboten. If a POTUS wants to do that at an after-party on his dime, fine.
