The convicted felon rapist suggested in two speeches today that migrants coming to the U.S. should have their own UFC-style fighting league. He said he shared his idea with Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
“I said, ‘Dana I have an idea. Why don’t you set up a migrant league of fighters and have your regular league fighters,” Trump said, “and then you have the champion of your league — these are the greatest fighters in the world — fight the champion of the migrants.’” Evidently White thought the idea was a lot like the guy who floated it: demented.
BTW, didn't he promise to round up all the migrants and deport them?

Surely now most people of even middling intelligence can see that Trump is a babbling demented fool. I realize that for many of his supporters this doesn't matter at all. They have other reasons they like him: his racism, his radicalization of our court system, and for his billionaires the tax breaks and deregulation. But no intelligent person is going to think Trump is smart or could be a good manager of anything, sure as hell not anything like our vast and complicated federal government. And if he gets a second chance he won't even have any competent help, only boot-licking sycophants.

Oh, but there is some very competent help hiding in the shadows. The Heritage Foundation and their Project 2025.
They’ll let him play President while pulling the strings to get an even further right USSC, and advancing their draconian legislative agenda. His stupidity makes a perfect distraction while they work quietly behind the scenes.

Trump didn't run on giving billionaires tax breaks, but they got them. Strange how that works. And we added some 7 trillion dollars to the debt. And what did the working man get, $600? - but not really, over 4-5 years the taxes were raised on the working man to get that back.

Is it possible that corporations, whose employees depend on tips as part of their expected overall compensation, will pay less because, gosh, the tips are now exempt? And the portion of that captured tip that goes to the manager and owner of the store?
It's just one more way for businesses and especially corporations to privatize profits while socializing expenses.
