Anyone else follow ROE_Cash or MNST?

Curious as to why MNST fell out of that screen.

I can't tell you exactly. Generally there are two ways that a stock can drop off a screen. One is that its parameters have changed. The other is that the parameters of other stocks have changed, and they have knocked your stock out of the rankings. A stock can disappear suddenly if it was near the bottom of the sorting order in an early sorting step, and other stocks rose in that sorting order, knocking it out.

I think that latter possibility is what happened to MNST. MNST is near the bottom of the sort order on Return on Shareholders Equity. I run a private version of the ROE_Cash screen in which I've added the crap filter 'Current EPS >0'. MNST is still in the same place in my rankings. So it's not that anything has changed about MNST.


I haven't been able yet to add that filtering step to the rankings I publish weekly.
