trump's enterpreneurial spirit has caught on in sleepy europe.

belgium seizes tanker with goal to monetize the whole thing.
belgium and france have released other russian tankers after multi-million euro fines for false flags, unfit vessel status, etc...

fining or seizing 5 for every 1 that trump un-sanctions seems like a decent economic model. plus, it save ukraine some drones. get to it!
