Not that it’s any of your business, but I will tell you that I had an absolute “Father Knows Best” “Leave It To Beaver” “Donna Reed Show” “Ozzie & Harriet” 1950’s upbringing. I have often contrasted my childhood with that of Mrs. Goofy, who had a quite dysfunctional era with a mother who was mentally unstable and endlessly withholding. I am one of four, and the oldest, if it matters.

I will say that your arm chair analysis of me is about as good as your armchair economic analyses, which is to say completely verklempt. I find your many posts like a blind squirrel searching for an acorn. Occasionally you find one, but it’s not often enough to make it worthwhile.

Meanwhile, may I offer my congratulations on constructing an entire post without using the words “supply side.” A rare event, and one I hope continues going forward.
