Let’s say Harris gets enough electoral votes to win the presidency by one state, like Georgia. The idea is to sow confusion so that the Georgia vote doesn’t get certified at the state level. Even if one district that was clearly won by Trump does not certify the voting district, the state can’t certify the entire state election. In that case, no candidate gets enough electoral votes to win the election.

Ah, I see. Thanks. How Machiavellian (and not in a good way).
