Ah, you missed the critical point. The return is NOT INSTANTANEOUS. If it is NOT a "right now" return, it is an extra cost that can be cut NOW and realize savings NOW. Note they do NOT count security costs the same way. No "instantaneous return" but they keep on providing security to Spankee without a payout or return. Security for Spankee, per the right, must be "thoughts and prayers"--which is what they do for everyone else.
