Berkshire's Class A equivalent share at the end of the quarter per the financial statements were 1,431,693. The equivalent shares disclosed on the front of the 10-Q as of July 29th were 1,427,140...thus Berkshire repurchased an additional 4,553 shares in July. If you use the average price of Berkshire's stock in July of about $747,130, you can estimate the share repurchase amount of approximately $3.4 billion in July.
