You can place stupid requirements on yourselves and on other countries that are so weak that you can boss them around. But the US is not one of those.

Right right. Environmental constraints are stupid and always get in the way of making money. The US should be protecting the weak, like Exxon Mobil, from the strong, like parents wanting to leave a livable planet for their children.

Apres Exxon, "le de-industrialization"!
