and I’m Not Going Back

Ads and search-optimized junk made a mess of the go-to engine. Now ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude—and even Google’s own AI—do it better.

I find myself starting to use AI instead of search more and more as well. I am polling other people as well and I am getting similar answers. I know Google will be big in AI, but I can't believe they will be as dominant as they are in search, leading me to conclude that search revenues will start to decline.
