I thought I might ask on this board - does anyone have any advice starting a business in the US?

The initial plan is single owner LLC with a registered agent to get started. I am curious where people were

* happy to get attorneys, or regretted getting attorneys? Or even, which types of attorneys (IP, entity formation, contract, tax)?
* have preferred tools they worked with (Freshbooks, Quickbooks, Zoho, et alia)?
* had preferred E&O or Cyber insurance companies (or BOP), or any advice on how much coverage?
* had any preferred business banks? Mercury fintech comes up a lot for operations, even though it's not chartered, but is not my preferred place to park surplus funds.
* had any advice about when a C or S corp conversion was worthwhile, if ever?
* any advice on naming?

I have ideas on all of these, but am humble enough to know how much knowledge there is present in this community.

I'm also curious for any other advice anyone has to offer.
