Most? Not even close, probably a fraction of a percent. Agents in field offices who just want to do good police work are petty safe. Washington entrenched FBI bureaucrats, not so much. Patel knows where documents and whatever other evidence of questionable FBI decision making and coverups can be found. All he has to do is bring a little sunlight and transparency to the leaderships behavior and then let public outrage takes its course. For example, the final report on disciplinary actions resulting from Butler.
