In 2021, Bartiromo’s comments and shows were cited as exhibits in a defamation lawsuit filed by the voting machine maker Dominion Voting Systems against Fox News. Dominion alleged that the cable network operator had knowingly broadcast false claims that Dominion had rigged the 2020 presidential election.
Fox News and Dominion eventually settled the lawsuit in 2023 for $787 million.

She saw internal Fox correspondence directing her story be spiked. She sent copies of the correspondence to her God and Savior, Trump, probably in expectation that Trump the Most Perfect, would order Fox to carry her latest brain cramp. Fox management refused to tolerate her going over their head, and she was gone.
