I suspect there is a problem with the signup email being filtered out by some providers.

Email authentication is a b*tch, takes a lot of work to get 10 out of 10.

Manlobbi: Try mail-tester.com to see which issues can be easily fixed.

I just put a test address into the signup form and got 7.1/10.

Some issues in header and SPF authentication:

-1.396 MISSING_DATE Missing Date: header

-1 [SPF] shrewdm.com does not allow your server xxx.xxx.zxx.xxx to use noreply@shrewdm.com
