Notice regarding the status of share repurchases
Mitsubishi Corporation, at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 6, 2024, resolved
to repurchase its own shares pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied
pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 165 of the Act. The status of the share repurchases is as
follows.
(1) Class of shares repurchased: Common stock
(2) Aggregate repurchased amount: 52,499,773,800 yen
(3) Total number of shares repurchased: 16,019,600 shares
(4) Period for repurchases: From March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
(5) Method of repurchases: Purchased on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
