Put that kid in a car, put a USSS SUV with a few agents in it in the lead, all good.
I’d hazard a guess that a shiny black “police” suv followed by a VIP limo is a pretty common sight around DC. Cabinet Secretaries and Undersecretaries, top military brass, diplomats - both foreign and domestic, high ranking Congresscritters - that’s their daily mode of transportation. There’s probably a couple hundred of those trips every day around the DC area.
They barely even draw a glance unless you’re a tourist.
IIRC, that’s how they smuggled Bush Jr out of his TX house to make the surprise visit to Iraq. Just a couple of Black SUVs going to or from the ranch. Nothing to see there.
