... we can get some guardrails in the Constitution to prevent abuses like these in the future.

Unfortunately the SCOTUS is complicit in ripping down the guard rails that we thought were in the Constitution.

I made a typo but corrected it before posting this time. I typed Donstitution. Given where we are now, maybe I was subconsciously accurate.
