I'm adding a medium-large position in KVUE, which I was already considering, after the news that Kimberly-Clark is buying them reuters.com - Kimberly clark acquire kenvue billion deal (if you missed it).

I see limited downside in KVUE to park funds. At the current KMB prices this is worth 5% more than the $3.50/share and 0.14625 KMB share. KMB is yielding 4.2% and KVUE yields 5.9%.

I haven't read anything about a breakup fee, but I'm clearly missing something at $16.4.
