Based on what albaby was saying about the other conviction, no court wants to have jurisdiction over a president because of the legal complications. Well, that court has jurisdiction until $5M are paid, correct? What about that?

They don't want criminal jurisdiction over the President - because criminal jurisdiction carries with it a lot of power over the defendant that is probably incompatible with the allocation of powers under the Constitution. But that wouldn't apply to civil jurisdiction, and the Clinton cases already held that the courts can exercise the more limited civil jurisdiction even against a sitting President.

Whether she will ever see a dime is another matter.
