No need to hold him accountable. Just arrest him and send him to whichever dictator country wants to take him. No habeas corpus--remember? LOL !

Violating the law in order to punish someone for breaking the same law may be satisfying, but hardly a solution if you are trying to strengthen the “rule of law”.

This seems to be the conundrum.

Reminds me of Trump’s floated idea of “Let’s let the cops run free for 24 hours- beating and killing the criminals. And after that, we can rein them in.

History suggests that the natural progression of such programs never seems to work out that way.
