I hate how people blame trump for a terrorist country. Would you rather have perpetual terrorism and world conflict or higher temporary gas prices? We're so soft. It's all about ourselves.
The delusion - it burns. Isn't "American First" all about ourselves?
Also, somehow I doubt that Trump's apparently endless bombing of Iran is engendering any good will in the good people of Iran, not to mention those hardliners in power and their sympathizers, and so I suspect that the terrorism threat from Iran is significantly higher now that it was before this "not a war" began. And I can't image that the firing of so many career experts in the anti-terrorism and intelligence communities is helping much in that regard either.
This war of choice - as Hakeem Jeffries is so fond of accurately repeating - is yet another case of "winning the hearts and minds of the world" one bomb at a time.
