But now it's "I can understand complete sentences, tell me what you want"...except it doesn't understand complete sentences!! At least not when I say them. I just end up saying "representative" multiple times until it transfers me to a live person. The trick of pressing "0" doesn't work anymore. Sometimes it does, but usually I get "that is not a valid response".

Yes, maddening.
