Obviously, Buffett read something in a CVX filing or a press release and went from big seller to big buyer. Meeting a key person from CVX during that time period was a terrible idea, NOT a good look. He could have met the guy after his buying was completed. NOT a good look doesn't imply fraud, or any criminal behavior, it means what I said, it doesn't look good, period.
