There is a 40m share "earn-out" award to former Trump Media shareholders (35m to Donald) if the stock price stays high for 30 days following the close (or for any 30 day period in the first 3 years but right away seems like his best bet). So it would be in his interest to keep the stock up for 20 or 30 days here and not seek permission to sell stock too early.

20 days out of any 30 days with the stock above $17.50/sh. "earns" the maximum 40m share dilution award.
