I've asked for a 'General Investing / Experienced Investors' board, as I can't think what board this would otherwise fit:
I'm kinda interested in anecdotes/memories about times when this happened to you:
- You realised something particular was wrong with a company, main product, sector, CEO, economy, country or whatever
- In hindsight, you totally nailed it with your forecast - 100% right
- But in the moment, you didn't act, you figured it would maybe work out OK, you decided that maybe you were over-reacting, the hassle of doing a trade outweighed your concern
The key thing I'm looking for is that you understood the problem, but inaction won out over action.
Any interesting anecdotes?
I *nearly* fell into this mindset this weekend in relation to a random share I hold, because it's a smaller position.
I thought it might help me remember not to do it again, if I have stories to remind me.
