Another indication the MOU is a sham. Nothing more than telling Iran what it wanted to hear, so they would sign the MOU, so the price of oil would fall, in front of the election. None of the Gulf states are a party to the MOU, so they probably have issues with that sort of money being volunteered on their behalf. Fat chance getting that kinds of money out of Congress. ergo, the MOU is a sham.
