With 2024 just ended, here are the 1-year, 5-year and 10-year CAGRs for SPY and equal-weight RSP.

Put the 20 year in there too, as it seems RSP outperforms.

It may very well be that megacaps will become gigacaps and even teracaps over the next 10 years, and SPY will continue to outperform.
Somehow I usually think that could be a depressing world, where a handful of huge companies and rich persons have all most all of the power.
(are we there yet?)

It's a tough one. My logical part says go with RSP at the moment. But my emotional one says SPY.
I chose RSP and VBK for one of my kids' account with a 30-40 year investing horizon.
(and top 3 from a high-flying MI screen :) )
