Now, he is correct that he can't possibly deport as many people as he wants without giving everyone the hearing they're entitled to. The system doesn't have the capacity to move a million people through the pipeline in a year.

Yep. And then there's this:

It's like he's determined not to hold trials, instead of ramping up the system to accommodate the increased volume. He seems to want to pick whomever he doesn't like, and that's his form of "due process".
