Interesting notion, but I don't think so. Albaby will scold me if I'm wrong.

The Bar is a different entity, and not a judicial one. And they are different in every state. So POTUS couldn't do it anyway, but I don't think a governor could, either. They could pardon for crimes, but the Bar just controls their law license. If that's revoked, it's revoked.
