there could be bigger scam at play, although more complex than standard trump\MAGA grift.

namely, trump using his FCC for spectrum payoff\extortion for Trump Mobile. he rather not bother w/actual operations, much in line w/his biz history.

e.g., nextnav is one of many looking at spectrum changes, and from a company SA analysis...
"...extra capital provides NextNav with a war chest which can be used to deal with any opposition to their spectrum goals: effectively by paying the opposition to go away."
