And drawn down our inventory of weaponry that would be critical in the defense of Taiwan.

Actually, several years ago, Trump said Taiwan could not be dended against a Chinese attack, so perhaps he’s already written it off.

Still the same thing that could be said about the drawdown in missile/anti-missile inventory vis-a-vis the defense of Taiwan… can aso be said about the defense of South Korea and Japan.

But Pete Hegseth had such a boner for things that go boom that he done shot off a major porion of US inventory.

Now he lies on his back, smoking a cigarette and wonders why it wasn’t as good for us as it obviously was for him.
