Does anybody care about the good people of Springfield. They were leading their life, enjoying small town living, streets were clean and quiet, not making trouble for anyway. Then suddenly a 15,000 human missile is launched right at the city. Now schools are overwhelmed, food pantries are bare, massive increase in traffic accidents, trash everywhere.

They didn't ask for this and did not deserve it. Who decided to launch on Springfield anyway? There are other cases like this too. Who in the Biden Admin decides who goes where and how many? I wonder if rural America is targeted somehow because after all they are more likely to be Republicans than not. More likely these are small towns without much clout outside their county so the Biden Admin sends the immigrant missiles to places less capable of resisting. Even 500 could easily crush a small town, especially if 500 jobs and 500 beds don't pop up overnight too.

Getting back to the question, who decides and what criteria is applied? I'll bet it is one of those faceless processes that decides....
